Frequently Asked Questions

Everything about the AI Concierge, pricing, and planning your World Cup 2026 trip.

Using the AI Concierge

How the AI travel advisor works and what you can ask it about.

How does the AI Concierge work?
Type any question about your World Cup 2026 trip β€” matches, tickets, hotels, flights, activities, or full itineraries. The AI calls our internal tools to fetch real prices and availability, then writes a plan with clickable links you can act on immediately.
What kind of questions can I ask?
Anything trip-related: 'Find me a hotel near MetLife Stadium for the final', 'Cheapest flight from London to Mexico City June 11', 'Plan a 10-day trip following England's group stage', 'What's there to do in Dallas the day before the match?'. It also handles follow-ups in the same conversation.
Does it know about pre-tournament friendlies?
Yes. Friendlies like England vs USA in Tampa (June 2026) are scraped and included alongside the 104 official WC26 matches, so you can plan around warm-up games too.
How accurate are the prices?
Hotel and flight prices are pulled live from Booking.com (via Awin) and Skyscanner respectively. Ticket prices come from StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats, Ticketmaster, and GameTime via the same deep-link search you'd run yourself β€” they reflect what each vendor is showing right now, but always confirm at checkout before paying.
Can it book tickets or hotels for me?
No. The Concierge surfaces the right listings and hands you the partner link β€” Booking.com for hotels, Skyscanner for flights, the relevant ticket vendor for matches. You complete the booking on their site. We never see your card details.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every answer includes the source links it used so you can verify. If a price has moved or a hotel is sold out by the time you click through, the vendor's live page wins. Email hello@wc-26.net with anything off and we'll fix the underlying data.
Will it remember our conversation?
Within a session, yes. Pro members also get persistent trip-aware memory β€” the Concierge recalls saved trips and prior plans across conversations, so a follow-up days later picks up where you left off.

Pricing & Premium quality

What you get on Free vs Pro β€” and how the AI Concierge answers.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes browsing every match, venue, team, and city guide plus 3 AI concierge messages per day. Pro removes the message cap, applies deeper multi-step reasoning to complex multi-leg trip queries, saves unlimited trip plans, adds ticket price alerts, and removes ads.
Does Pro really give better answers?
For complex multi-leg trips, yes. Most lookups β€” a match time, a hotel near a venue β€” are handled instantly by our fast everyday AI. When a Pro member asks something that needs many tool calls or multi-step reasoning β€” 'plan a 14-day trip across 3 cities with hotels under $200 and quarterfinal tickets' β€” the Concierge switches to a more capable reasoning engine for tighter, better-grounded answers.
Why does Pro cost money if the AI is free?
Everyday queries run on lightweight AI at near-zero marginal cost to us β€” that's why Free exists. The deeper reasoning Pro unlocks is more expensive to run; Pro and Squad subscriptions pay for that, plus persistent storage for your trips, price alerts, and an ad-free experience.
How does the Concierge decide how hard to think?
It routes automatically. Simple lookups use the fast everyday AI; complex Pro/Squad queries that need multi-step reasoning are escalated to a more capable engine. You don't toggle anything β€” the Concierge picks based on what you're asking. Simple lookups stay on the fast tier even on Pro.
How many messages do I get per day?
Free: 3 messages per day. Pro: unlimited. Squad (group plan): unlimited for all 6 travelers in the group.

Watch the Game

How to watch World Cup 2026, UCL, and friendly matches β€” broadcasters, streams, watch parties, and fan festivals.

How do I watch matches on WC26 Travel?
Visit /watch for upcoming matches or /watch/live to jump straight into any game happening right now. Every match has a dedicated page with three tabs: Where to Watch (official broadcasters in your country plus stream sources), Bars Near You (curated host-city sports bars on a Google Map), and Fan Festival (FIFA Fan Festival info for WC26 host cities).
Which broadcasters are listed?
We auto-detect your country and surface your local rights-holders first β€” FOX/Telemundo in the US, BBC/ITV in the UK, beIN Sports across MENA, Canal+ in France, ZDF/ARD in Germany, plus 100+ more via SportMonks, JustWatch, and TheSportsDB feeds. Each broadcaster row has a one-click 'Watch on [name]' deep link.
Are the live streams legal and free?
The broadcaster deep links are official rights-holders (paid or free depending on your country's deal β€” e.g., BBC iPlayer is free in the UK). The aggregator stream sources pulled in alongside come from public third-party providers; availability, quality, and legality vary by region, and we surface them as discovered without endorsement. Always prefer the official broadcaster for your country when available.
Why are streams only on the web?
Stream embeds are web-only by design. The iOS and Android apps show broadcaster deep links and watch-party maps but do NOT embed third-party streams β€” this keeps the mobile apps compliant with App Store and Play Store guidelines.
Can I get notified before a match starts?
Yes β€” sign in and tap the bell icon on any match to opt in to a 30-minute kickoff reminder. Web users get email reminders; mobile app users get a push notification.

Tickets, Hotels, Flights & Trip planning

How the Concierge finds prices and what's clickable.

How are ticket prices found?
We search vendor deep-links across StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats, Ticketmaster, and GameTime for the specific match you ask about and surface the best public listing. Those are direct vendor links β€” we don't currently earn commission on ticket purchases.
Are the booking links affiliated?
Hotel links go through Booking.com via the Awin affiliate network. Flight searches link to Skyscanner. Activity bookings link to GetYourGuide. We earn a small commission at no extra cost to you if you book through those links β€” see our affiliate disclosure on every page that surfaces them. Ticket vendor links are direct, not affiliated.
Can I plan a multi-city trip?
Yes β€” and this is where Pro shines. Ask 'Plan a 12-day trip following USA through the group stage with hotels and flights between cities', and the Concierge will chain match lookups, flight searches, and hotel suggestions into a single itinerary with clickable links for every leg.
Will it remember my plans?
Pro members can save unlimited trip plans, and the Concierge can recall them across conversations ('add a hotel for my Dallas leg' will look up the trip you saved last week). Free users can save 1 plan.
